Troubleshooting
My file conversion failed - what happened?
If your file conversion has failed, this may be because the file is corrupted in some way, password-protected, or copyright-protected (e.g. DRM-locked). If none of these reasons are the case and you are using purchased credits to convert your files, then please contact our customer service team at accounts@file-converter.org.
I've purchased a credit pack, but still can't convert more than 2 files per 24 hours - why is this?
There are two main reasons why you might not be able to convert more than 2 files per 24 hours, even when you've purchased a credit pack:
- You aren't logged in to your File Converter account. To fix this, just login in to your account on our login page. You'll then be able to use your credits to convert more files.
- You've run out of credits. You can check how many credits you have remaining in the Credits sedition of you account page. If you have no credits left, then you can simply purchase another credit pack so you can continue converting files.
